Bük Health and Adventure Centre – a magical feel-good paradise, in the heart of the Hungarian Alpine foothills

The thermal bath in Bük is one of the most popular medicinal spa, adventure and healing centres in Europe and the second biggest thermal bath in Hungary. Bük thermal bath owes its popularity not only to its extraordinary healing waters and quality services but also to its dynamic development over the past years. The thermal bath is located in an area of 35 acres, which makes it a real thermal complex, and offers perfect relaxation and wellness as well as a specialized medical wellness centre.

It has a varied animation program for children as well as wellness and beauty packages for parents to relieve stress. Sauna lovers can enjoy the new exclusive sauna area with tepidarium, steam cabins, infra and Finish saunas, aroma saunas and a sauna garden. The medicinal pools are filled with water at 32-38 °C whereas the outdoor swimming pools are 26-28°C warm.

Thanks to its healing waters with a special composition (mineral contents above 15,000 mg/l – unique in Europe) and its extensive services nearly 900,000 guests visit from near and far every year. Bathing in the healing and thermal waters is not only refreshing but also beneficial for our health. The effects of the healing water with alkali hydrogen carbonate, calcium, magnesium and fluoride can sooth many musculoskeletal pains and symptoms. Guests with musculoskeletal diseases find relief and those seeking relaxation can find it, too, in the hydro pool and exclusive sauna area.
